We need your credit card number to place an order . We do not bill the Card until the product is ready to pack, around a day or so before we are able to ship.
The final billing amount should be relatively speaking close to the posted web price but never exact because of the continually floating exchange rates, and assuming no adverse x-rate spike after the order has been made.
If there is a significant change in the dollar we will contact you before billing your card.
Sending Credit card Info by email
Some customers will send through half their credit card number in one email, and then a day or so later send though the remaining half and expiration date in another email, or their expiration in a third email.

If you would like to pay through Paypal we are able to accept payments from customers with a PayPal account.
Once an order is placed and within a few days of being shippable we will send out a PayPal invoice to your e-mail.
PayPal 5% Surcharge:
PayPal incurs a 5% surcharge Because PayPal deduct around 4.45% on a transaction and then when I transfer from PayPal to my New Zealand Bank Acc there
is around a 3.5% further loss due to the exchange rates used when transfering the money.
This way I end up paying 3% of the amount charged, slightly more than a credit card fee.
The benefit of PayPal from the customers point of View is it fixes the US price paid.
PRICING - DUTY - SHIPPING - CHARGING
PRICING
Pricing is "Fixed within limits/Indicative".
Adverse floating exchange rate changes may affect final product and shipping cost over the time your
unit is manufactured, this is outside of our control and you will be notified before card billing
if there will be an adjustment to the price.
DUTY
Duty was 2 1/2 % into the US, but the recent changes effective April 5 2025 have increased it to around 10.5% from feedback we have received In Other Countries you may have to check, this is an internal country charge to you as an importer.
SHIPPING
Currently we ship DHL other than Australia where we may mail.
Orders are shipped direct from New Zealand, usually 2 to 3 days using the best deal we can obtain at the current time.
